Komen CARE Program
CARE (Cancer - Action -Recovery-Education) is available through grant funding from the Susan G. Komen for the Cure Columbus Affiliate. Women in Pickaway County, Ohio, who are uninsured or underinsured, can receive free mammograms. This includes provider recommended biannual screenings. Assistance is also available for treatment related expenses such as wigs, prosthetics, medications, etc. To schedule a mammogram through CARE, simply call a Berger Financial Counselor at 740-420-8051.
