Golf Classic
The Berger Health Foundation’s Golf Classic has become the premiere fundraising event for Pickaway County. It brings together business and community leaders for a fun-filled day of golf, food and prizes. The Seventh Annual Golf Classic, sponsored by Constance Care Home Healthcare, is scheduled for Tuesday, September 21st at Foxfire Golf Club.
By 2006, the Golf Classic had grown to the point where one course was not sufficient for those who wanted to participate. The event was moved to Foxfire Golf Club in Lockbourne in Northern Pickaway County. Foxfire offers two courses to accommodate the tremendous response from Berger’s vendors, business partners and neighbors.
This year, all proceeds from the Golf Classic will go towards the purchase of additional digital 
mammography equipment at Berger Health System here in Pickaway County. Currently, we have 59 teams committed to play in the event with a maximum capacity of only 60 teams. Sponsorships opportunities are still available, but they are going fast!
Last year 56 teams, representing businesses and individuals throughout Ohio and from as far away as Massachusetts, enjoyed the two championship quality courses. More than 100 businesses and individual sponsors contributed in 2009. Several dozen additional supporters provide items our auction.
